Project Summary: Approx. 180 to 200 Keys, 8 Level structure, 2 Levels underground basement, First level underground basement to contain back of House Offices. Roof top to have large Resort type Pool with Commercial kitchen/restaurant and bar/lounge to give resort feel (if inadequate space then we will move commercial kitchen to basement). Construction area is estimated at 10,000 sq.m.

Construction Cost: 450 Million Baht.

Firm’s Role:
M&E System Design: Air-conditioning, Ventilating, Electrical Power, Lighting, Telecommunication, Fire Alarm, Building Management, CCTV, Gas piping, Hot water generation, Fire Fighting, Waste water treatment, Recycle water, Irrigation Pool Support, Public announcement, Vertical Transportation and Security System.
