Project Summary : 12-Storey building with separated 1,500 sq.m. BOH building for chiller plant, transformer and generator house to back up. Comprising of 3 Studio & Control Room, Office area and residence penthouse at the most top floor.

Construction Cost : 900 Million Baht.

Firm’s Role : 
M&E System Design: Air-conditioning, Ventilating, Electrical Power,  Lighting, Telecommunication, Fire Alarm, CCTV, MATV, Access Control, Fire Fighting, Waste water treatment, Recycle Water, Irrigation, Security System , Master Clock System and Vertical Transportation.
